Black Puppet: A black metal Life sized mechanical puppet that Hei can summon it is relatively the same size as hei and with the Dual Fool technique Hei is able to make it look, smell and sound like him. The puppet has multiple cords each 350 meters long that fires out after the Dual fool technique is disrupted the cords are all Denkou Cords that lash out at astonishing speeds and criss cross each other turning and bending and some of them with specialized tags to wrap around Living beings that seek out electrical pulses that living creatures give off the cords lash out around a large area making a Massive thick forest like web and a High powered Electrical Conductor any thing trapped in it when Hei uses his Lightning emitter KKG could be electrocuted to death..

- Abilities: Ability to flow lightning-natured chakra through blades and weapons to increase their cutting power, similar to Sasuke's own jutsu. Hei's prowess in Lightning Release techniques is so great, he can even charge a sharp but weak pencil-point to pierce straight through a large tree trunk and even through the ground. Hei is able to do this by increasing the vibration frequency of his lightning chakra to surpass the standard penetrative force of wind chakra.

Description: This Doujutsu was created by The Denkou Clan through the use of their blood line using electrical pulses in the brain which reverted to the eyes re-wiring the nerve connections creating this Doujutsu..with this Jutsu he can see the nerve connections in an Opponents body predicting their movement as the nerves are what the brain uses to carry signals to the body to function The Jutsu also allows some insight on Lightning style jutsus allowing the user to copy them tho copying varies depending on how powerful the jutsu is he may need to train it ((E,D,C rank Lightning styles copy instantly B rank copies incompletely A-S rank require training tho not much)). The eye seemingly slow down time to their sight to a slower rate and also increases speed of thought and reaction time of the user. Activating this Doujutsu takes time as the needs to re-wire the nerve connections in his eyes to achieve it Although the later training they can activate it instantly((May be Achieved when Jounin Level))

Description: Utilizing the Denkouragan to see the nerves in an opponents body a style of combat is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's nerves. The user stores an electrical charge in his/her fingers and his/her palms and strikes the nerve connecting in the opponent confusing the nerves of the body or putting the charge to disrupt the nerves in an area for a short time (Eg striking of the arm the entire arm goes dull and limp for awhile ) After being hit several times with this style the body's nerves will be totally confused making them think their left hand is their right foot and what not..with a small touch the user can fool the body into thinking the area touched is in SEVERE PAIN when it actually is not ((May be Achieved at Jounin Level))

Description: After taking a position a large white electrical image appears behind the user and then suddenly appears infront of the opponent at the speed of lightning and strikes them with a deadly palm that goes right through their body tho it does not show any physical damage the nerves in the entire body are completely disrupted exhibiting an EXTREME amount of pain in ever section of the body that would most likely cause a mental collapse then the body becomes paralyzed a couple minutes later ..this technique takes alot of focus and control for preparation and takes a lot out of the user's stamina and chakra(( Must be Kage/Sannin level))

Description: A Powerful jutsu that is also the clan's Secret jutsu that allows the user to Tame lightning itself in a storm in the air over the wide area using the Natural Lightning no more chakra is needed..the user may focus large bolts Lighting from the clouds to strike down at them and use their bodies as a concentrated center lightning strikes down at the user multiple times for a short while the Jutsu is in effect creating a Large electrical center of pure energy 5 meters wide from the center incinerating near anything that touches it even impurities in the air on a Molecular level giving only pure oxygen to enter the user manipulates the lighting around them but do not absorb it instead it is directed more precisely at its target..this jutsu can only be done once a day and a Storm must be present((Kage/sannin level))

Description: By wrapping his body in a layer of Lightning chakra, the Raikage can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power.
While using this technique, his reflexes are comparable to that of the Fourth Hokage, making it difficult, if not impossible, even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. By combining this armor with the Body Flicker Technique, he can even dodge the Amaterasu at a split second, as well as Jūgo's Cursed Seal Chakra Blast at point blank range. His strength is also heightened enough to make his strikes cause enormous amounts of damage to whatever they strike. The armor also increases his defense, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks as even a direct Chidori was barely able to pierce his chest.
In lieu of tailed beast chakra, the Raikage uses this lightning armor to empower himself when performing the Lariat, which would produce the same effects as tailed beast chakra due to his high level power.

Description: One of Hei's Most powerful and Feared jutsu The Lightning Sabre requires no hand signs and forms a dens amount of lightning that extends from the hand of the user into a sharp blade of Pure lightning that could slash through almost anything it touches objects such as swords cannot block against it as it would pass right through them unless it is infused with chakra. when a perfect slash is made through an opponent it acts as a sort of insta-kill as it passes through an Opponent in a split second it shows no damage on the outside tho on the inside the moment it slashes through lightning erupts inside the body shredding apart organs and blood vessels shattering the spinal cord causing paralysis while a pulse shoots up the spine turning the opponent's brain to mush all this happens in just the split second it slashes through...if it does not slash right through the opponent it causes burnt like slashes on the skin..
