If we could create a bingo book for all shinobi, this means info on ninja from all villages. This could also be branched into the villages version just for missin-ninja of that village.

A bingo book for info on all Shinobi would be unrealistic..the village versions was something i was planning to do probably get it up by next week

not all shinobi but the most famous like the sanin are known throughout the country or the kages but I guess i understand your point, it would make it to easy for targeting.
